If you want the best salesperson ask for Calvin Harvey. We always deal with him because he is awesome. Unfortunately it took fourteen hours over four days to make a deal. Financing was a nightmare. Hyundai Financing acted as though this was the first time they had an applicant like us. Long story made short. We should have been informed of all information and documentation that would be needed to be presented for credit approval on day one. It should not have been piecemeal over four days. Correct? Anyway between Josh Gray from financing and us there was some understandable tension at times. Josh persevered and was able to close the deal. Thanks Josh! Sorry you had to be the “MAN IN THE MIDDLE” We appreciated all your hard work. Next it was off to everyone’s favorite part, signing the paperwork. We worked with Cory Anderson and what a pleasure it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had and to make sure we understood what we were signing. Cory has a great sense of hummer and a personality that’s makes the buyer feel comfortable and secure. Thanks Cory! Well back to Calvin now. HOORAY! After day four we were able to finally take possession of our new 2025 Ioniq 6 SEL, rwd, long range unit and drive off into the sunset! Thanks to the Allen Samuels of Jackson Team. A job well done!

We had a very nice experience from the time we drove in on a lot till the time we made the deal. The general manager josh.introduced himself while we were looking out on the lot. Our salesman Makai was a great guy to work with. We would recommend this dealership to everyone for their car buying experience. We went there to look at Palisades although we like them we wasn’t totally sold on them and our salesman. Makai introduced us to the Santa Fe and explain all the features that the calligraphy had to offer which actually met our needs just fine. he did a great job selling us. Our new Santa Fe.

He went the extra mile to make sure my buying experience was the best it I happed to be searching for a “Last Call” Charger Scat Pack and found one at Allen Samuels and went to look at it. Turned out to be same color, etc, I was searching for so Preston worked with me and we purchased it. He also helped me understand and activate all the features and options on the car. Excellent customer service and support! The General manger Melissa and the service manager Raleigh came out to ensure all my needs were met. First Class! I had the pleasure of working with Jackie to get my new car. She was slammed with customers and always made sure I was taken care of in-between waiting on info to come back from the correct checks. She let me know from the beginning how many people she was helping and I had no problem waiting and working with her. (She was a Rockstar and everyone seemed to love working with her). I got to speak with Jerry who talked to me as stuff was getting processed in-between Jackie checking on me as she was dealing with multiple customers at one time. They made sure since it was a long wait that I was able to have lunch as well and made the kids feel welcome too. I looked at a couple different cars and decided on the one I wanted we got it pulled to the side as they were slammed so they knew the car was taken from that point. As we worked on pricing and signing the information I needed to sign we were moved to the next building to sign the remainder as they did a detail of my car and filled my gas tank up. After the signing we were waiting on the detail to finish we got drove back to the first building and Jerry introduced me to Preston who helped set up my unconnect in my car and make sure everything was set up and running smoothly. He had to call support and he was able to get my car connected smoothly. I would recommend getting you car here. They were nothing but pleasant to deal with and made the long day better by the excellent customer service they had. If Joe was unavailable for any reason, Josh Ott was able to assist us as well. Both gentlemen were very open and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Cory Andrews was also great to work with during the financing portion of the process. In the process of shopping for a vehicle, we went to multiple dealerships. Allen Samuels Hyundai was BY FAR the most willing to work with us on pricing. When buying a Hyundai vehicle, I will not shop anywhere else. besides Allen Samuels Hyundai of Jackson.
