We had a very nice experience from the time we drove in on a lot till the time we made the deal. The general manager josh.introduced himself while we were looking out on the lot. Our salesman Makai was a great guy to work with. We would recommend this dealership to everyone for their car buying experience. We went there to look at Palisades although we like them we wasn’t totally sold on them and our salesman. Makai introduced us to the Santa Fe and explain all the features that the calligraphy had to offer which actually met our needs just fine. he did a great job selling us. Our new Santa Fe.

Easy to have simple conversations with the team. Did not interrupt in conversation and confirmed the important statements I made and did not try to turn every point into a sales point.
If you want the best salesperson ask for Calvin Harvey. We always deal with him because he is awesome. Unfortunately it took fourteen hours over four days to make a deal. Financing was a nightmare. Hyundai Financing acted as though this was the first time they had an applicant like us. Long story made short. We should have been informed of all information and documentation that would be needed to be presented for credit approval on day one. It should not have been piecemeal over four days. Correct? Anyway between Josh Gray from financing and us there was some understandable tension at times. Josh persevered and was able to close the deal. Thanks Josh! Sorry you had to be the “MAN IN THE MIDDLE” We appreciated all your hard work. Next it was off to everyone’s favorite part, signing the paperwork. We worked with Cory Anderson and what a pleasure it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had and to make sure we understood what we were signing. Cory has a great sense of hummer and a personality that’s makes the buyer feel comfortable and secure. Thanks Cory! Well back to Calvin now. HOORAY! After day four we were able to finally take possession of our new 2025 Ioniq 6 SEL, rwd, long range unit and drive off into the sunset! Thanks to the Allen Samuels of Jackson Team. A job well done!

True enough I did want something bigger. And thought I wouldn’t or couldn’t get it. But Calvin. Made me a believer that I can! So now I’m in something bigger!! If you looking to get in a new car look for Calvin he really is a nice and very patient guy!!

Bought a new jeep with an added package. I was very disappointed when I received my jeep and noticing the package wasn't what I was offered. I complained and never received 100% what I was told I would get. The changes that could be made were made and the workmanship from the second company was very poor. I complained again and it was sent to a different company to finally get resolved. I felt my salesman never had my best interests in mind and was just out to make a quick buck. Ultimately the sales manager got involved and managed to get everything taken care of. Also, the salesman needed to be better familiar with the Jeep vehicles in my opinion. I would not return in the future for another purchase. Unfortunately, the trust factor is gone.
Calvin was great to work with. We came in with a specific budget and he was able to get the vehicle exactly where we needed. I would highly recommend him as a salesman.

I just bought my car from here with Calvin! He was very honest and answered any questions and concerns I had about my car. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone else. Everyone was so nice and the process was easy.
The sales process of actually getting the vehicle was great. I live in a different state and asked to have the vehicle delivered. I was told that it would be done, the delivery driver would come pick the vehicle up on his truck the next day and I would have it by lunch time Monday morning, well I find out by checking my Blue Link app that my vehicle is not on a truck being delivered but is actually being driven down by someone. Which is the opposite of what I expected or wanted because I didn’t want to put all those miles on it right away. So I would never do business with them again as they don’t keep to their word!
John Giovanini is a great sales guy! He patiently answered all my questions and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle. He followed up after the sale to make sure I was still happy and to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. I strongly suggest that you ask for John when you're looking at Allen Samuels.
